PAY SAFELY
When you shop with us and pay securely, you can rest assured that your money will only be deducted when we are ready to ship your order.

RETURNS
You have the right to return a product within 30 days of receipt to receive a full refund.
When returning, it must be the complete order, meaning you cannot return parts of your order.
The order must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
You should contact us for instructions on how to return the product.
We reserve the right to inspect the product before issuing a refund.
If the product does not meet the standards it was sent with, we reserve the right to reduce the refund or cancel it.
Payment will only be deducted when the order is packed and ready for shipment.
Our warehouse is located at Skodsborgparken 44, and this is where we pack and ship orders.
If you need to return your order, the return shipping cost is 59 DKK.
CLAIMS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you experience a defect or problem with a product, please contact us within 24 months of the purchase.
The claim must be reported to us within a reasonable time after receiving the product, but no later than 1 month, unless otherwise agreed.
We will investigate the claim and determine the best solution in accordance with consumer protection laws.
If the product is deemed defective or faulty, we will either repair it, replace it, or refund the purchase price.
Shipping costs related to claims will be refunded to a reasonable extent.
LIMITATIONS
Please note that the warranty does not cover errors, damage, or wear and tear resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
Claims sent with cash on delivery will not be accepted.
